Hi my name is Diane and I am the Senior receptionist at Westbourne. I have over 23 years experience in the NHS providing excellent people skills and in making people feel comfortable. I then moved into hospitality giving 14 years of excellent customer service so I believe I can provide you with all the help and support you need.
I enjoy family life with my husband and 2 daughters and my wonderful granddaughter. Family is very important to me and I think we have created this at Westbourne to give our clients a warm welcome.
